Important Billing Terms:
- • All payments are non-refundable
- • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation prevents future charges but does not result in a refund of previously paid amounts
- • Subscription plans may renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date
YouTube API Services Integration
This application uses YouTube API Services. By using channelOS, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy.
channelOS integrates with third-party APIs and services including:
- YouTube API Services – Access your YouTube channel data for analytics and insights
- Google OAuth – Secure authentication and authorization
- OpenAI and other AI services – AI-powered content recommendations and analysis
You are responsible for complying with any third-party terms when linking or syncing accounts. Your use of YouTube data through channelOS is subject to YouTube's API Services Terms of Service.
You may upload or generate content while using our Services ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content but grant channelOS a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display it solely for providing and improving the Services.
You agree not to:
- Violate any laws or third-party rights
- Upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content
- Use the Services to impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
- Interfere with or disrupt our servers or networks
- Use automated scripts or bots not explicitly authorized
AI Content Disclaimer
Some Services involve the use of artificial intelligence, including tools provided by OpenAI. AI outputs are generated based on training data and algorithms; they may be inaccurate or incomplete. channelOS does not guarantee the accuracy, legality, or fitness for a specific purpose of any AI-generated content.
You are solely responsible for how you use AI-generated insights or materials and for verifying any information before relying on it.
Your Data Rights
You retain full ownership of your YouTube data. channelOS accesses your YouTube channel data solely to provide analytics and content planning features. We do not share your YouTube data with unauthorized third parties.
Data Deletion: You may revoke channelOS's access to your YouTube data at any time through your Google Account settings. Upon revocation, we will delete all associated YouTube data within 7 calendar days.
Data Security: We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data during transmission and storage.
All software, content, features, and functionality (excluding your User Content) are the exclusive property of channelOS or our licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works except as permitted in writing.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
We disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Performance Disclaimer: We make no guarantees or promises about specific performance outcomes from using channelOS. Success on platforms like YouTube depends on many factors outside our control. However, we believe that using channelOS regularly—alongside adherence to YouTube's published best practices—offers creators the best opportunity to improve results over time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, or goodwill
- Our total liability under these Terms shall not exceed $100
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that any legal action must be brought exclusively in the courts located in Ada County, Idaho.
We are not liable for any failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet outages, war, or acts of government.
Any ideas, suggestions, or feedback you provide to channelOS may be used by us without restriction or compensation. You agree that we own all rights to any resulting improvements.
